After installing vcredist_x86.exe, run throttlestop.exe
If changes are made it is required to press Turn On button, that will change the taskbar icon from green to red.
Under FIVR windows, adjust the CPU voltage, in this case undervolting, in this case use the same -60.5mV(later changed for 55.7mV for low power stability) for the CPU and GPU :
