  • Since Etcher is portable, available for  Linux and windows, its the easy way to make a Manjaro Live USB, check here for links : link 
  • The "first steps" guide  available of Manjaro official installation page are really great : link
  • Flashed the pen with the .iso, boot from it, insert another USB pen  and in the desktop choose to install it
  • Since no internet available is a must, I performed installation without it, all went well.
  • Reboot the machine with the usb pen and all hardware worked fine, pretty fast.
